Medizinischer Ansatz
Für mich beginnt plastische Chirurgie nicht im Operationssaal, sondern bei der richtigen Indikation. Entscheidend ist die Analyse der Gewebestruktur, der individuellen Alterungsprozesse und der tatsächlichen Ursache einer Veränderung. Nicht jede sichtbare Veränderung erfordert einen Eingriff – und nicht jeder Eingriff führt zu einem besseren Ergebnis. Ziel ist die Wiederherstellung natürlicher Proportionen, Konturen und Funktionen.
Diese Haltung führt zu einer bewusst zurückhaltenden Empfehlung – und zu einer präzisen Umsetzung, wenn ein Eingriff sinnvoll ist.
