Hosting: This website is operated on the Wix.com platform. The provider is Wix.com Ltd. or its affiliated companies. As part of the hosting service, data may also be processed outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the USA.

3.3 Appointment booking (“Book a consultation”)
We use the Wix booking function (Wix Bookings) for online appointment booking. The data required to arrange an appointment (e.g. name, contact details, preferred appointment time) is collected and processed by Wix on behalf of the practice. This applies in particular to the requested treatment, as well as any additional concerns and information provided by the user.
3.4 Cookies and similar technologies
This website may use cookies – small text files that are stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies are required for the website to function (e.g. language settings, session management on the Wix platform). Where additional analytics or marketing cookies are used, we will inform you separately and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
3.5 Linked social media channels
On the website, you will find links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. These are simply links (not embedded social plugins). When you click on them, you will be redirected to the respective platform, where the privacy policy of the relevant provider applies:

3.6 Email communication
For communication, we use, amongst other things, an address provided by Health Info Net (HIN) – a highly secure email system designed for the healthcare sector in Switzerland. Messages sent via HIN are encrypted between HIN participants; however, end-to-end encryption cannot be guaranteed when communicating with external email addresses not connected to HIN.
4. Disclosure of data
Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent that this is necessary to provide the services mentioned (e.g. to Wix as a hosting/booking service provider), is required by law, or you have given your consent. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
5. Retention period
We process and store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above or in accordance with statutory retention periods (e.g. medical documentation requirements).
