Key Information
Restoration of form and function, personalised reconstruction, natural aesthetic integration.
Consultation
During a personal consultation, we will analyse your functional and aesthetic circumstances and requirements. Together, we will develop a bespoke restoration plan, taking into account all medical and personal factors. You will be given a full explanation of the possible procedures, the process involved and the expected outcome.
Preparation
Preparation is tailored to the individual, depending on the defect and the planned reconstructive procedure. A comprehensive pre-operative assessment, together with further diagnostic tests where necessary, ensures the best possible conditions for the procedure. Blood-thinning medication is adjusted, and patients are advised to stop smoking for at least 2–4 weeks.
Surgery / Injection
Depending on the nature of the defect and the individual patient’s circumstances, local tissue repositioning, skin flap procedures or microsurgical techniques may be used.
Aftercare
In most cases, you should allow your body two weeks to recover. We recommend using sun protection consistently whilst you are healing.
Result
Restored form and function with the best possible aesthetic integration and a natural, harmonious appearance.
