Regenerative Deep Plane Facelift
Our regenerative deep plane facelift approach specifically targets:
1. sagging of the superficial and deep tissue structures,
2. age-related loss of volume in soft tissues and bony contours,
3. and the declining quality and regenerative capacity of the skin.
By tightening the deeper structures (Deep Plane / SMAS), a natural, long-lasting result is achieved without a mask-like or overly tight appearance. In addition, regenerative procedures such as autologous fat grafting, nanofat or exosomes can be used to harmoniously restore lost volume and visibly improve skin quality. As a result, the face appears not only firmer, but also fresher and naturally rejuvenated. Combined with a neck lift, this approach enables comprehensive and harmonious rejuvenation of the face and neck.

Key Information
Naturally defined facial contours, a more youthful appearance, concealed scars, long-lasting results.
Consultation
During a face-to-face consultation, the facial anatomy and the individual age-related changes to the face and neck are carefully analysed. Together, we define your wishes, the treatment objectives and the most suitable treatment strategy. You will also receive comprehensive information about the procedure, its effects, any potential risks and the realistic results you can expect.
Preparation
To ensure optimal wound healing, you should stop smoking for around four weeks before and after the operation. Following consultation with your doctor, blood-thinning medication should be stopped or adjusted a few days before and after the procedure. In addition, the treated area should be consistently protected from sunlight, which is why the daily use of sun cream is recommended.
Surgery / Injection
The deep plane facelift is performed under general anaesthesia and takes around 4 to 6 hours, depending on the extent of the procedure. Through discreet incisions, usually made along the hairline and around the ear, the skin and the underlying structures (deep plane / SMAS) are mobilised and repositioned. This produces a particularly natural and long-lasting result without a ‘mask-like’ effect. In addition, the operation is usually combined with regenerative treatments to improve skin quality and compensate for age-related volume loss.
Aftercare
Following the operation, patients are usually admitted to hospital for 1 to 2 nights for monitoring. Afterwards, the body should be allowed sufficient rest for around 1 to 2 weeks, and the face should be cooled regularly. Most patients are able to resume social activities and return to work after about 2 to 3 weeks. During the healing phase, it is important to use sun protection consistently. Moisturising creams and scar ointment should be used to aid the healing process.
Result
A naturally rejuvenated appearance with clearly defined facial contours, an improved chin-to-neck line and visibly rejuvenated skin, without looking as though you’ve had surgery. Long-lasting results for 10 years or more.
