Endoscopic Forehead and Brow Lift
As part of the normal ageing process, the forehead and eyebrows tend to droop, which can make the face look tired or worn out. An endoscopic brow lift allows for a minimally invasive lift of the forehead and eyebrow area via small, inconspicuous incisions at the hairline. This method is particularly suitable for patients with moderately low-set eyebrows and achieves a natural lift with barely visible scars. The result is an open, fresh and harmoniously rejuvenated facial expression without looking stiff or having had surgery.

Key Information
A minimally invasive technique for lifting the forehead and eyebrows, leaving barely visible scars at the hairline and producing a natural, harmonious result.
Consultation
During a face-to-face consultation, the forehead and eyebrow areas, as well as any individual changes in the upper face, are carefully analysed. We work together to define your wishes and the optimal treatment strategy. You will also receive comprehensive information about the procedure, its effects, any potential risks and the realistic results you can expect.
Preparation
Following consultation with your doctor, blood-thinning medication should be stopped or adjusted a few days before and after the procedure. In addition, the treatment area should be consistently protected from sunlight, which is why the daily use of sun cream is recommended. It is essential to avoid getting sunburnt before the treatment.
Surgery / Injection
Through small incisions at the hairline, the deeper structures of the forehead and eyebrow region are precisely mobilised and lifted in a deep (subperiosteal) layer using a camera (endoscope). Blood vessels and nerves are carefully preserved during the procedure. The new position is stabilised using fine sutures. This creates a natural and harmonious lifting effect with long-lasting results and barely visible scars.
Aftercare
Following the operation, depending on the findings, patients will either be discharged as outpatients or kept in hospital overnight for observation. Afterwards, the body should be allowed to rest sufficiently for around 1 to 2 weeks, and the face should be cooled regularly. Most patients are able to resume normal social activities after around 2 to 3 weeks. During the healing phase, care should be taken to use sun protection consistently.
Result
A naturally lifted forehead and eyebrow area, with an open, fresh and harmoniously rejuvenated appearance, and barely visible scars.
