Breast Lift
With advancing age, due to the natural effects of gravity and often following pregnancy or weight fluctuations, the breasts may become saggy and droop (ptosis). As a result, the breasts lose their shape, firmness and volume in the upper breast area. A breast lift corrects this sagging tissue and restores a harmonious, youthful breast shape. Depending on the findings, the body’s own tissue can be redistributed in a targeted manner to achieve a fuller upper pole and an improved contour. At the same time, the nipple is raised to an anatomically optimal position. This results in a natural, firmer and harmoniously proportioned breast silhouette.

Consultation
During a personal consultation, the shape of your breasts and the quality of the tissue will be assessed. Together, we will discuss your wishes and decide on the most suitable breast lift technique, supplemented where necessary by volume enhancement using your own fat or implants. I will provide you with comprehensive information about the procedure, the risks and the expected outcome.
Preparation
To ensure optimal wound healing, you should stop smoking around four weeks before the operation. Blood-thinning medication should be stopped or adjusted a few days before the procedure, following consultation with your doctor.
Surgery / Injection
Before the operation, the incision lines are marked whilst the patient is standing, so that the subsequent shaping, symmetry and position of the nipple can be planned with precision. The procedure is then carried out under general anaesthesia. During the procedure, the excess skin is removed and the existing breast tissue is reshaped and lifted. The nipple is repositioned to an anatomically optimal position. Immediately after the operation, a special support bra is fitted whilst the patient is still in the operating theatre to aid healing and stabilise the new breast shape.
